I started Funemployment after watching talented creators in Atlanta trade real work for product boxes and vague promises. The talent was never the problem — the business side was.
So we built the boring half: the outreach cadence, the rate cards, the negotiation scripts, the follow-up nobody wants to do. It's a system, and it runs whether or not the algorithm is being kind this week.
